The finalists were Torgul Steingrimsson and Aweiodian aef Crowansdale. The tourney was eventually won by Sir Torgul for Maia, and she was duly invested as Princess of An Tir with him. However, at a later date Angharad Severn o Glamorgen (now Angharad Gwendraeth o Fynydd Blaena) was invested as Princess of An Tir and became Queen Angharad I.
Her Excellency, Countess Morag, had this to say about the picture:
Note that I'm wearing the official crown of An Tir while Manfred is wearing
his personal crown. I still remember people asking disappointedly what
became of those big silver ones after we stepped off.
I remember that day so well. And I'm always happy to see pictures of
myself in what was my very most favorite costume.
