target archery, thrown weapons, youth combat, and so much more.
Take a stroll through the Artisan's Village. Enjoy
shopping in the Merchant's Village!
New This Year: we will be extending an invitation to the Autism
Community, and those with Sensory or other issues, to come out for
a low-key day on Sunday.
New this year: 2 weekend gate passes per merchant (NMS still
applies)! Anyone beyond two will have to pay the full fee to
MARCH 1, 2018 - Notification of
acceptance and Contracts sent to accepted merchants.
April 1, 2018 - Signed Contract and
Pre-Registration form with payment due.

New to June Faire 2018 will be Low-key Sunday, for those in
our community that find Saturday too intense. We are
planning to have combat tourneys and demos, Artisan village demos,
limited family activities, and access to merchants from 9 to 12. If
you are able to participate Sunday morning, please
include your interest on the form.
2018 - Interest in Demoing due.
PreRegistration and Event Fees
Registration for individuals, land, and RV spots will begin in
March of 2018. Stay tuned for more information!
Member Event Fees: Be prepared to show
your signed blue card at the event site.
Weekend Adults $15.00
Day Trip Adults $10.00
Children 17 an Under are Free
Non-Member Event Fees: Please be prepared
to sign waivers at the event site.
This is an extremely tentative list of the happenings planned
for June Faire 2018. Expect this list to expand and grow, but this
will give you a flavor of what we are planning!
New to June Faire 2018 will be an invite event for those in our
community that have sensory issues, or other issues that make
attending our Saturday Demo too much for them to handle.
To show the groups what it is we do, on Sunday there will be
combat demos, artisan demos, and simple family activities
demos for the attendees to enjoy.
The merchants will be there in all their glory with great things
to buy and lots of fun to be had! Watch for an updated list
of merchants to arrive in March!
The Artisans Village will demonstrate the way everyday items
were created, how money was made, cooking in medieval times, and so
We will be including hands on demos and guided tours in our list
of things for our guests to participate in.
Martialate Activities To Be Determined
The site will be open from Noon on Friday June 2nd. It will
close at 2 pm on Sunday, June 4th. Take-down of all
infrastructure will begin at 3 pm on Sunday and everyone off site
by 6 pm.
The Public Demo event, when we invite modern visitors to June
Faire, is happening on SATURDAY, June 2nd.
An invitation event for our community members with Sensory
issues will take place on SUNDAY June 3rd.
Latest site rules:
Midnight harkens the end of loud noises and all drumming must
cease. This is in accordance with the city ordnance; please be
Minors attending events must have a SCA member blue card OR have
completed a Minor Consent Form at the gate.
*Fires: NO ground

ground. 5 gallons of water or extinguisher readily available in

use is legal in Washington State, SCA rules prohibit use of
marijuana at SCA events.
*Smoking: In camps
only, please. Dispose of butts properly (NOT on the ground).

Please move vehicles promptly after unloading. To preserve our
medieval atmosphere no vehicles may stay on the site after Friday
night or before Sunday afternoon. Move it or lose it. Please note
no parking is allowed in the EB Warehouse Parking Lot.

check with our Volunteer Coordinator, Lord Marcel Boutet Your help

cleared no later than 6:00 pm Sunday. This does not
mean start packing up, it means we must be gone, i.e., OFF THE
SITE. Please help the June Faire team get home by a decent
merchants who have pre-registered with the Merchant Liaison may
