Their Majesties of the West invite the Known World to take part in the grand
War against the great and noble Kingdom of An Tir.

Site info: 96029 Euchre Cr Rd, Gold Beach Oregon. Site opens at noon on
Thursday July 1st and closes at 4:00pm on Monday  July 5th. Site fee is $20 for
members and $23 for non members. $5 for children 6-18 and children 5 and
under free. Please make checks payable to: SCA Inc. West Kingdom. $50 Family
Cap.


Showers will be available on Saturday and Sunday of the War and are included in
your site fee. Food merchants are on site and amenities like restaurants and
grocery stores are nearby.

ACCEPS registration will be available until June 15, 2010.

Land:

Land for An Tir will be organized by Mistress Khalja of An Tir. To reserve space for your
group please email her at
khalja@gmail.com and don't forget to include the name of the
group you are camping with (War unit, Barony etc) and list the person organizing your
groups camping space.

Land for the West will be organized by the Autocrat staff. If you have a group or war unit,
please select a single contact person to represent your group and have that person
email
rachimov@comcast.net with the number of people in your group and estimate the
square footage your group might need. There will be plenty of good land available on a
first come, first served basis, but if you do have a large group and want to be sure that
your group will have enough space to camp together, please consider arranging for land
in advance.

Lazy J Moore Ranch, 96029 Euchre Creek Gold Beach OR.  Beware of congestion at the turn off from Hwy 101.
From the North: Make your best way to Port Orford Oregon. Head south from Port Orford on Hwy 101 approx 16 miles. Last milepost seen is 316. You turn left on to Ophir road just before you would reach milepost 317. Then turn left onto Euchre Creek road. Follow road to site, approx 1 mile.
From the South: Make your best way to Gold Beach Oregon. Head north out of Gold Beach on Hwy 101 for approx 11 miles to milepost 317. Turn right on to Ophir road. Turn left onto Euchre Creek road. Follow road to site, approx 1 mile.
