From over the southernmost border of our fair Kingdom have come reports of the beating of war drums. Tales hold that the West has turned its eyes covetously upon the lush majesty of An Tir and will soon invade! Rally to the Black Lion's banner! An Tir's might will stand fast at the ramparts of Adiantum and shall repulse the Western encroachment! To Arms! To Arms!
The site opens at 8am on July 3rd for paid members and at 11am for non-members. Gate fees are US$15 for adult non-members, US$12 for adult members, and US$9 for those under 18. Children 5 and younger are free. There will be no family cap and no preregistration this year (except for merchants). The site closes at 4pm on Sunday, July 6th. Pet admission is $5 at the gate and must include proof of current rabies vaccination. Dogs must remain tagged and leashed at all times during the event. Owners are expressly responsible for properly disposing of pet waste.
There will be room for all to assist your Kingdom in its valiant efforts. War scenarios will be worth a total of four points, but there will also be war points for Arts & Sciences, Rapier, Archery, and Service.
There will be a cap of 50 merchants. Merchants MUST preregister with the Merchant Autocrat. Merchant packets may be requested from Katherine Silberferris at themuse@uswest.net or (541) 485-8141. The preregistration deadline is June 21st or until all spots are filled. There will be no running water or electrical power on site. RVs must make arrangements with the Autocrat to be guaranteed appropriate parking.

Directions to Site:
From the North, take I-5 to exit 189. Turn right at the stop sign and go to 30 th. Turn left at the light. At the four way stop turn left again. From the South, take I-5 to exit 189. At the stop sign, go straight. From this point, no matter which direction you came from, go straight for a short distance and then turn right onto Franklin Rd. (next to Texaco). Go around the curve to Seavey Loop (first road on the left) and turn left. Go straight north ~1.5 miles and cross the bridge. Turn left and follow the road down to the park gate.
