The deadline for declaring is July 21st (two months before the event). Letters of intent can be sent to (artsci(at)tirrigh.org) or through the online form on the A&S website (http://as.tirrigh.org/arts-sciences-and-bardic-easy-entry/).
Lots of free parking is available on-site, including 4 accessible spots, and there is a reasonable amount of free street parking in the neighbourhood. For those with mobility issues there is also a small elevator which gives access from the NW door to all 3 floors of the building.
The site is located in downtown Chilliwack, within 5 minutes of most amenities (grocery store, pharmacy, convenience store, coffee, etc). Complimentary coffee & tea will be available throughout the day.
Please note the following site rules:
- No smoking/vaping in the building or near doors.
- This is a dry site; no alcohol may be consumed or produced on site. If your A&S entry involves alcohol as part of its processes which will be on display as an ingredient, it must be in a closed (preferably sealed) container. Make your best way to US-Canada border crossing at Sumas/Huntingdon. Follow Sumas Rd north to Trans-Canada Highway #1 (Eastbound). Continue east to Exit 119 N in Chilliwack (approx. 35 km). Follow 'From the West' directions from exit 119.
From the West:
Make your best way to Trans-Canada Highway #1 (Eastbound). Continue east to Exit 119 N in Chilliwack and follow signs for Yale Rd (Northbound). Drive North on Yale Rd for 2.1km. Turn right on Cheam Ave and follow for 87m. Turn left on First Ave and follow for 1km. Turn left on Williams St and follow 180m. Site is on the right (it looks like a castle!)
From the East:
Make your best way to Trans-Canada Highway #1 (Westbound). Continue to Exit 123 N in Chilliwack and turn right onto Prest Rd (Northbound). Follow Prest Rd for 1.5km, cross the railway tracks and turn left onto First Ave. Drive West on First Ave for 2km, then turn right onto Williams St and follow 180m. Site is on the right (it looks like a castle!)
