Come one, come all to the Canton of Akornebirs
annual As You Like It event!
This is our Rapier Championship event along
with other fun activities though out the day. There will be a
skullduggery competition as well as a “barter/yard sale your
unused SCA gear” time. This is also our Arts and Sciences
Championship. Come join us for a day of fun with friends and
compete to become a champion!
Best period feast contribution: HL Gudrun will
need to know where you found it and when its from but come cook and
knock her socks off! There will be a prize, determined by her, for
the best dish.
Best table setting: Break out your table bling
for feast and a prize will be awarded to the chosen
Site fee is $12 for 18 and up, with 17 and
under free. NMS will apply. Make checks payable to Canton of
Akornebir, SCA Inc.
9:00 – Site opens
9:30 – Armor inspection – rapier
10:00 – Rapier Championship Tournament
11:00 – Tavern Brawl
12:00 – Silk Painting
1:00 – A&S entries due.
1:30 – Feast – Potluck. There are 3 ovens, a stove top,
as well as plug-ins for crock pots. H

Follow hwy 12 east into Waitsburg (it will turn into Coppei
