Oyez, Oyez! As new blooms usher in the fair winds of gentle spring; As seas grow calm and hearts are filled with wanderlust.........

Fjordland Beckons Unto Thee.
Upon these distant shores there has come a time of warmth and friendship.
A time to feast and make merry.
A time to show your artistry in craft and music.
A time to test your skill with sword, rapier and arrow.
Prizes shall be great and many!!!!!

Location: Gibsons Curling Club, 951 Gibsons Way, Gibsons BC
Site opens 8am and closes at 10pm


Adults: $15.00
Youths (ages 6 - 17) $5.00
There is no charge for children ages 5 and under.
Family cap $40.00. Standard family rules apply.


The $5.00 NMS surcharge is applicable.



Should you feel somewhat peckish after a full day of swords, arrows and artistic endeavor. Seat yourself for a feast filled with delectation that could satisfy the Gods themselves !

Tavern to follow: from 5pm - 10pm.

There will be day food provided by donation.

Your entry must be something new to you, something you have just begun to work on within the last 12 months

...or you can try something brand new for your entry. Everyone is encouraged to enter fro beginner to Laurel.



Documentation is not required: however, filling out the easy documentation form is worth 5 bonus points

Doing documentation is worth 10 bonus points (2 page maximum please)


Prize: A masterly crafted Box Loom,created by HL Kjartan of Hartwood


Simple documentation forms will be available on site


Merchants are welcome and will only be charged their site fee, but must contact the event steward to reserve a space.



  • Parking: Lots of parking on site

  • Alcohol: In Tavern Only

  • Smoking: Only in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarettes responsibly in the cans provided.

  • Children- Parents, you are responsible for your children's safety. Please make sure they are supervised, especially during fighting and archery



People are strongly advised to take the 7:20 or 9:20 ferry Saturday morning.

Make your way to the Horseshoe Bay ferry terminal. 40 minute run on the ferry to Langdale (7:20am, 9:25am, 11:30am )

Off the ferry, through the lights and up the hill ( BC 101), get in the left lane.

Left at top of hill onto Stewart rd

Right onto North road

Second set of lights right turn onto Gibsons way.

Through second set of lights, site will be on the left.
