the Baron & Baroness of Seagirt, as they host grand tournaments
to choose Seagirt’s Defender
(armoured combat), Captain of
the Grenadiers (rapier), an Archery Tournament, and an Arts
and Sciences
competition.
Their Highness’ Tir Righ will be
in attendance. His Highness is sponsoring a plate, cup & bowl
auction for the travel fund. He is also auctioning off a place at
head table.
His Highness has also requested a bake
sale. All proceeded will go to the travel fund. Any and all
donations are welcome.
We will also have special guests

outside alcohol allowed.

minor waivers and consent forms filled out ahead for all underage

without
their parents must have forms signed by their parents designating
an accompanying adult as their guardian for the
event.
Merchants are welcome indeed! $5 per table.

Tourney format: If the field is less than 10
combatants, we will have a round robin tourney with a best of three
for the top 2 combatants. If the field is over 10, we will have a
standard double elimination

We will be having our traditional
"Daffodil in any Medium" contest as well as a
costume contest. The entries will be assessed on the following
criteria out of a possible 5 points per category:
Research & Documentation
Aesthetics (how awesome/amazing is the entry)
Popular vote (gentles at Daffodil will be asked to vote on their
favorite entry) ...
The item with the best two/three will be win. If there is a three
way tie then points will be tabulated to figure out who won. If
there is still a tie there will be a tie-breaking decision by a
"secret" judge.
