Yule Feast

Join us as we gather to celebrate the bounty of Glymm Mere with an Italian inspired, period holiday feast that is sure to delight. Enjoy a plentiful table including beef purses, a favorite among seafarers, hand crafted ravioli, and a September Crown sensation, apples of paradise. Amuse yourselves with tournaments and games. Defy the chilly winter with the warmth of good food, good friends, and a great time to be had by all.

Site fees are $9 (adult), $6 (youth 11-17), with 10 and under free. Feast fees are $6 (youth and adult) NMS applies.

Menu
(This will be a served feast)
1st remove
 -Meat pies with citrus liquore
 -Marmalade bread with dipping oil
-Marinated mozzarella beef purses

2nd remove
 -Ravioli and meat "pears" in broth
 -Tortelleti of green pease
 -A winter salad

3rd remove
 -Pig, stuffed and roasted with bacon, chestnuts, and cheese
-Apple muse
 -Turnip torta

4th remove
 -A selection of period sweets and pastry

Everything on the menu is available gluten free (for medical reasons only please) and will be served at separate, dedicated tables. Seats are limited so get your reservation in early.

 

The day is December 8 th, from 11am to 11pm.
The feast hall will be Shookumchuck Grange Hall, located at 5345 184th Ave Se Tenino, Wa 98530.

 

Schedule--

11 am - Gate opens
11:30 - Heavy list opens
1 pm - Rapier list opens
5 pm - Baronial Court
6 pm - Feast begins
10 pm - Site closes

Last Event's Directions:

From the north or south take I-5 to exit 88 (Aberdeen/Tenino.) Turn towards Tenino. Follow for 8 miles to Hwy 507 and turn right. Follow for 2 miles to 184th Ave SE and turn left. 184th will turn into Skookumchuck Grange Hall. Skookumchuck Grange Hall will be on the right.
