As the bountiful harvests are brought in and stored for
winter, the populace of Lyonsmarche bids you welcome and good
cheer! We
celebrate the autumn weather and bounty by inviting all, near
and far, to our Fall Feast!
Lyonsmarche has much to offer the good gentles who join us in
playing and celebrating this fall! We will be offering a
variety of A&S and Newcomer classes, games, heavy combat,
rapier fighting, dancing, and a feast to tempt every
palate! In
addition, the College of Lyonsmarche will be choosing its new
Heavy, Culinary
and Bardic Champions, so please share your many
talents and interests with us all!
We are very lucky to have the 1912 building for this event.
It is a nearly 100 year old school that has been renovated
for community events. The site includes a commercial style
kitchen, Great Room, Art Rooms, and busness rooms. We have
the whole building for the day, so bring your projects to
work on, bring your smalls (the 1912 buildings art room comes
stocked with supplies!). It really is a very nice space for
an event of this sort. Please come.
The Championships:
Lyonsmarche will be choosing Champions in the following areas
at this event.

Lyonsmarche will be gathering as many locally produced items
as possible. Many items will be purchased at the local
farmers market the day of the event. Please bring your own
table setting, The 1912 building has some donated table
settings but not enough for everyone. Candles are
allowed only if they don't drip on tables, chairs, and esp
the hardwood floors. The site is "Dry". If you feel you must
imbibe then period containers are required and leave no
evidence for the mudane management to remember the SCA
by.
Note that the above Weather and Map information is generated from the site address and can be easily confused. The weather will say if its for the branch or for the site. It will be for the site if the site can be found, but this again is not always the case, and if the site is some distance from the branch then the weather may be different.
