In the dark days of winter is the time to exchange stories of
victories past and hard won achievements, feast upon foods
good for the soul, and dance to bring joy to the ear and
heart. The populace of Lions Gate is invited to honor their

of the 12th century Welsh countryside as crafted
by chef Sir Yusuf ben Joseph. Celebrate those recognized at
Baronial court. Delight at the dulcet tones of Collegium
Leonum. Dance with the guidance of our Mistress of Dance,
