Noon - 10pm with feast starting at 6pm

Site Fee: $12.00 Adults ($3.00 NMS), $6.00 ages 6-12, 5 and under are free.

 

Pre-Payments: Make checks payable to: Shire of Midhaven, SCA Inc. and mail to: 301 6th St. Mount Vernon, WA 98274. Please include your Email address for payment confirmation with number of adult & children attendees. Pre-registration is REQUIRED by November 20th (Date for Pre-registration has been updated).

 

Planned activities include A&S classes for adults and children, a dessert auction, and a silent auction to go towards the Shire's general fund. Planned outdoor activities (weather permitting) are Heavy Combat, Thrown Weapons & Darts! MENU:

Side board will include fruits, vegetables, nuts, Yrchouns, french onion soup, sot suppe, breads, and cheeses.
 
Course 1
Medieval Coleslaw, Vegetarian Brunoise, Beans y Fride
 
Course 2
Cornish game hens in garlic sauce or green sauce, Barley in Stock, Funges
 
Course 3
Baked onion salad, Salat, Loseynes
 
Course 4
Rapes in potage, Waffres, Ricotta pie

 

Adult Classes:

Needle Felting by Mericke held throughout the day.

Titles in the SCA; Who is Who and How Do You Address Them by Duchess Angharad Banadaspus Drakenhefd and OP & Baroness Rosamund of the Misty Meadows, OP at 1pm.

Charter Painting by (forgot her name, oops) held throughout the day.

Drumming by Kenneniah at 1:00pm.

Belly Dancing by Lady Stella Fenix and Amnara at 1:00pm.

Western European Dances by HL Soelig Sweteglee at 3pm.

 

Childrens Activities:

Toys, Pirates & Knights, and coloring held throughout the day.

 

Dessert & Silent Auction:

Please bring with you as we will have tables set up for both and remember to bring an ingredient list for the desert auction. Donations for the silent auction must be of gently used SCA items.

 

A light lunch of soup and finger foods will be available included with your site fee.

Directions: From I5 South, take Exit #221/Lake McMurry and turn Left onto Pioneer Hwy. Turn Right onto Fir Island Road and drive approx. 5.2 miles and bear Left onto Best Road going over the Skagit River. Turn Right onto Summers Drive then make a sharp Left turn onto Rexville Grange Road. The hall will be on your Right as you turn in.


From I5 North, take Exit #230 Burlington/Anacortes and heading West turning Right onto Goldenrod Road. Turn Left onto Avon/Cutoff (WA-20) and drive approx. 5 miles and turn Left onto Best Road. Drive approx. 5.8 miles and turn Left onto Summers Drive and then make a sharp Left turn onto Rexville Grange Road.
