FORMS IN THE KINGDOM OF AN TIR

Note: all changes to Kingdom forms must be approved by the appropriate Kingdom Officer.

PDF forms on this site are compatible with Adobe Reader 6 and above. It is recommended that you be running a minimum of Reader 6 to access these forms. Reader is free from the Adobe site at: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html

IMPORTANT NOTE:
With "fill-and-print" forms, the data cannot be saved unless you are running Acrobat Standard or Professional. If you are using Adobe Reader, you will be able to fill in the fields and print the pdf but not save data; as soon as you close the form or exit Reader what has been entered will be erased.

"Fill and save" forms, however, can be SAVED, with data entered, using Adobe Reader 8.1.2 or later. In order to do this you would do a "Save As" and save the pdf to your hard drive. You may then open and close the pdf as often as needed without losing entered data, and you can send the filled-in pdf as an attachment via email and the data will remain intact.

If you need "specific named insured" (event site and date is specifically stated on the insurance certificate), you will find the instructions for obtaining that certificate at http://sca.org/docs/insurance.html. Allow 30 days for completion of request.
