SCA Adult Equestrian Waivers
The SCA Adult Equestrian Participation waivers and warning signs are required for all equestrian activities. An Tir versions of each waiver are listed below. For equestrian events in Canada, use the Society Standard Equestrian Waiver (#34). You need Adobe Reader to read these files.

Post Event Report 
The EMIC is responsible for filing the EQ Event Report after their equestrian event.

Incident Report
Use this form to report any accidents requiring professional (doctor, EMT, nurse, etc.) medical care. Also for use when spectators are injured or property damage occurs to site. Follow instructions on the form.
